Good morning Gordon (here it's 5AM already), and thanks for starting the thread, Mon....an effortless 8.5K and I saw a falling star (probably just a bit of debris coming down) Tue....exam day, so slept in till 6AM. And off to the shower at work I went Wed...I felt overly tired, couldn't haul my butt out of bed! Thu....no run for no good reason Fri......planned rest day, but did I really need one after not running for two days? Sat....another effortless 10K easy run on this quiet, cold and foggy morning Sun...3.7K doggie fun run plus after dropping Spike of at home another 14.5K long run and a pretty painful R-foot. Got home, changed and went to the swimming pool for a swim (16 laps, approx. 400m crawl) Total mileage: 36K, at least its better than last week.
