Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Thanks Holly! Wow, coming up on March already...
Feeling a bit fatigued this week, so I'm going to stay conservative with my efforts. Brought the planks and core back, but so little that it's hardly worth reporting here.
no springing this time, just fast running up, fast running down, 3x 150m strides (= one hill circuit)
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
Thanks, Holly.
Be safe. Be kind.
Thanks, Holly. Looking good, Tramps.

6 miles

recovery pace

Holly, thanks and I will need a free pass this week as I'm racing again.

I'm in. Might be a tough one due to five days away from home.
I managed 45 with a tough 14 miler today. Ugh.
