Spareribs' Boston Marathon Tips (Read 175 times)

Marathon Maniac #957

Even if you've read this before, this is definitely worth revisiting for the Boston-bound Boomers. http://coolrunningboomers.pbwiki.com/RunningBoston Spareribs and Tim Wa5yom and everyone else who contributed to this - thank you!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

What a great article! I'm not running Boston, but I did get some good tips for my 50k trail run in May. Good luck to all you BM-ers! (and I'm not talkin' bowel movement-ers . . . Big grin )
