    No plan for this week.  Last week’s LR did something to my right foot (the one that was NOT injured) and I have been hobbling all week since.  I will likely need to see a sports med doc this week if it does not get dramatically better soon.  I will cross train with weights, swimming, and stationary bike until I can run again.
