Did some with the team -- last pracctive before tomorrow's State meet. Think positive for our runners!
7 Miles plus 1 mile of strides and recoveries -- Coaching two runners in the 800 and one in the 3200.
State Track Meet -- Go Fire!!! Girls 4x800 and two 800 runners in the finals!
