Sat 22.4mi (4:54) trails to ocean and back, no faceplant!
Sun 11.9mi (1:52) recovery loops on outdoor track
Total: 80.2 miles
not sure how I got to 80 miles this week,
it certainly was not planned. I was supposed
to take Tuesday off, but instead did 5 miles.
also the long run on Sat was a bit longer than
usual
