The early bird gets the worm! In my case a little over 6m to get 72 miles for the week! Overall I'm feeling good-usual little aches and pains but now I can relax and enjoy my day-another 8 hours of learning to teach Pilates. Time to get something to eat! My Dad brought cinnamon rolls for the kids and left me some-do I dare?
Jewels-hope you're feeling better Arla-a creemee is a soft ice cream cone-half vanilla and half chocolate. A staple in my summer diet. Speaking of diet, Leslie, I battle with the scale every day. Don't give up-it's takes time. One morning the scale will reflect all of your hard work! Jim and Joe-you must be busy-we haven't heard from you this weekend.... Take care! Kelly
