Sunday was a tough day had to drive the 8 hour trek back down to Virginia, hop out of the old chevy and run 13. The weather called for rain, but it held off and I was able to get my run on. Going to miss the family, but not the freezing weather. I don't mind running in snow, but when it's getting below zero its becomes difficult to get one's motivation up. late post, but the internet was not working in th Q....I will have to figure that out today.
