May Masters Miles (Read 37 times)

Mike E

MM #5615

Thanks wild!  I had a weekly mileage PR of 131 miles, 3 AG awards, and a whole lot of RA meetups.  Marj, Henry, Jay, Stumpy, milktruck, and Erika--and I spent a little time with Karin's friend, Vanessa...It was a pretty good month.

      You rock, WC!

128.8 RW miles in May (staying close to Jlynne).

      2nd place, RW div., Children's Museum 5K

      Thanks,

77.7 for May.  Cherry picked a 5k and came in 4th overall and 2nd in my age group.

(I posted that and then went back and read the previous entries and I saw I matched Enke to the tenth. Twins!)

160.0 miles for May, 1100 miles YTD.

          1 marathon, and tied a 5k PR.

Ran a grand total of 10.6 miles while MikeE ran 131!

            May: 210 miles

...AG placed in 2 half marathons and ran ~7 fast miles with The Marathon Man MikeE.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

Significant month for me, most miles since December, and a prime number, 151.  Some cycling miles too and a du.  My overall time was slower than last year but my time on the bike was slightly faster and I felt great!

257 miles in May. I hoped to be over 300, but did not get even close. Ran a couple of races, my very last ones in the 45 to 49 age group. Brooklyn half was 1:25, slower than usual, but I guess I should be getting used to that.

79 miles for May, and a PR in the half at Green Bay. Speaking of Green Bay, a wonderful RA meet up with Erika, Jlynne, Holly & Amy!  I drove over 1100 miles (well, MrStarr did) so I could run 13.1 miles.  He keeps reminding me of that.

I am thankful that I am able to run and even more thankful that I don't have to bundle up to do it for the next several months!

with the glacier melting so fast up there nowadays,

here's the kind of rocks - "glacier erratics"

that I've been getting to see floating
