Well, Milktruck isn't the only one slow out the gate this month and thanks Tom for starting thread.
137.8 May miles and 819 miles for the year. 2nd AG in Horseshoe Lake 1/2 marathon.

I may be slow, but I don't have many miles to report. 29.8 to lower the average by quite a bit.
oh yeah, a middle of the pack 5K up in Maine on Memorial Day.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
