July: 200.3 miles (just made my 37th 200+ mile month. A hamstring tweak early in the month made some miles really hurt and a low 22 mile week. It got better and ended July with a 69 mile week. Whew)

2017: 1621 miles

I finally sat down and entered my July miles -- remind me not to get that behind again!!

Surprisingly had 97.4 miles for July which is about 3x the distance I ran in June. Guess I didn't ramp up quite as conservatively as I thought!!
