October 2021 Masters' Miles (Read 31 times)

Mike E

MM #5615

Well... since I'm thinking about it... I figured I'd get in here and post my October miles.  You know how I hate to wait until the last second...

October saw my first race of any kind since March of 2021.  I ran the Boulderthon... a marathon in Boulder, CO.  It wasn't a good race for me but I did it.  Ended up winning my age group and it was still under a BQ time.

    OCT: 152 miles

    YTD: 1644 miles

Okay--there ya go.  See ya next month... which I believe is next week...

    an amazing likeness

The October 2021 check-ins have been de-clarified, cataloged and summed by the semi-retired home maintenance hack waiting for a real job offer...without further ado:

+ Second month in a row for 3 check-ins logged @ prime; a low hit ratio of about 19%...plan those end-of-month runs people!

+ TammyinGP & Joe618 bracketed the median evenly, so Tammy keeps her mitts on another month's median award

+ Avg of 132mi is down from 137mi Oct 2020

Thanks Milktruck! I'm happy to share that median with a great guy like Joe and happy to get that median award one last time this year.
