Good running everyone. I sure hope Ribs gets things figured out. I spent a couple days at Cedar Point amusement park (with part of the family), spinning high into the air, going 120mph straight up 400 feet, etc. I did notice I was probably the oldest person in the line for the big rides. Maybe it's time to grow up and lay around the pool like the rest of the old folks while the kids ride.

DW says I'm too old to be jumping off of bridges. Them darn Dr.s best be takin care of you Ribs! I hope to be posting work outs again. DS and I went to his favorite beach after we got out of work. We swan across the lake once. I swam back. On the way back to the car, he let me know that he knows I threw a race in 2002 so he could beat me. Then we had ice cream...then dinner....DW has been happier.
