I should be posting in the Seniors Group I guess, but it doesn't get much activity so I hope you will bear with me for a moment.
I recently returned to recreational running after many years away and I currently run 20 to 30 miles a week of aerobic paced running from 30 to 60 minutes. I would like to train for sprinting with a view toward Master's competition.
I find a great deal of information available for long distance running for old folks but nothing about training for sprinting. Medical clearance is not a problem. I have found sites on line with info about seniors track and field events but not specific training guidelines for sprints.
Can someone direct me to a source of training information for this kind of running? Thanks.
