Fri --- 9 miles easy, nature park trails; total 2 hrs walks w/dog. Sat -- 6 miles easy, random roads; 1 hr walk w/dog. Sun - AM: 1 hr walk w/dog. PM: 5 miles easier (HR 105 ), roads & paths Total - 40.5 miles
I'm doing too much nursing right now to run 40 miles, but I got close. 37.5 miles with 3 really great Quality runs: 1. 12x400 with 90 seconds between. Got them down to 6:41 at the end! 2. 8 miles with 3 miles at Tempo. Nailed the pace on this one 3. 15 miles at 8:56 min/mile pace Kewl. Bill

Awesome job, Byll. The running and the nursing care. Your DW is a lucky woman.
