Sunday may be my long day as I'm racing a 5k on Sat
MTA - Not so much on Sunday. The race and walking 18 on Sunday morning did me in. Total 40.1 to squeak across the line.

all week was very warm, but Saturday was extra hot and extra humid.
a few very large trees fell (on Friday night, I guess, in the thunderstorm), blocking the trail.
in one place I had to seriously climb over an unbelievable gigantic pileup of trees.
took me at least 10 minutes each way. today was very sweet 91F and not as humid
