Because of the fires in Sonoma/Napa it was too smokey to run most of the week. Not that I didn't try anyway. And paid for it. Saturday cleared up and I did a 10-miler. I think it's going to be OK air quality-wise from now on, so I can get back to it.

Treated it like any other week. No taper for the 10/29 potential marathon. Just no real speed work or long run due to non-running issues.
