Marathon Maniac #957
Okay, my goal for this week was to be 115, down from that hormonally elevated place I was last week. This morning I was 115.5 - close enough, I guess. I really hope to get down to 111 before Boston, but we'll see how that goes. Since we're having a party this weekend, which will involve lots of food and drink, my goal for next week is simply to drop a half-lb to 115.
I am doing better on the "more fruits and veggies" goal, and have been having a grapefruit with my lunch every day - they are awesome right now!
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

146.5. Haven't budged a bit. And I have a feeling it won't. My body tends to hang on to what it's got the harder I work out, and the next 4 weeks are going to be tuff. {sigh} Oh well.

My jeans are getting crazy loose though I'm still a Clydesdale. I'm feeling like one of them kids with the droopy drawers. Ya know, the way we used to wear them in prison.
