Wednesday Sleepy Runs (Read 484 times)

    not down in the dumps here but definitely down on energy and dog-tired right now

     

    track workout

    4 sets 500m at faster than 5k pace -- was hitting them about 2:16 -2:24

    4 minute break then 4 more sets -- couldnt hold the pace and was hitting 2:24 to 2:30

     

    total 4.1 miles not counting the walk/jog between sets but including my warmup and cooldown laps

     

    time for bed!!

      Ran with the running club, 5 miles along the marina.  I went nice and slow and enjoyed the cool breezes off the water.  My right calf muscle is extremely tight.
