    This must be the right thread (it says August 18, 2009!)

     

    I ran an easy recovery 4 miles last night.   Calves are still tight from racing Sunday.   Happy Tuesday all!!

     

    Where is that babybeerlet?   There are some deep breathing yoga exercises that can start contractions I think!
