        Mike - my only advice re: Kenzie would be for you to grow your hair long again, dress like a girl, and run just behind her at races, giving her encouragement and/or threats (in a high girly voice, of course)!  Big grin

        What a wild idea...

         

        Tramps--I'm not sure why the 20 minutes in between--I suppose for a full recovery.  The coach, before the workout, said that he had heard this speaker talk about this particular workout a few different times and the guy goes back and forth between 15 and 20 minutes.  He's been doing this workout, though, for many years thinking that it wI'll get his teams ready for conference and sections....and, hopefully state.
