Still here -- not sure about counting my miles against 40 when reverse tapering -- it might motivate me to run more than I should. Roll eyes I expect to run more than this, but this is the Pfitz plan.

                    I Can Go The Distance

I have the same kind of injury as Erika, not a pinched nerve but sciatica, so I will be on the DL for awhile as well. Hope to be back soon. I was able to do 8 easy miles on Tuesday before I had to shut it down. I rested until Sunday (today)and then I was able to do 9 easy miles. I will have to take it day to day this coming week. As Charlie Steiner, one of the LA Dodger announcers, always says about players on the DL, "he is day to day, but then again aren't we all." Bruce
