Mike- even though I get internet access through aol, I've got this notice on my runningahead forum topic pages. I still have to plow through all the stickies, weekly training plans, etc. all the way down to my knees to get to the dailies:

You're using an obsolete browser that is no longer supported on RunningAHEAD.com.

RunningAHEAD.com will look much better with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.

just seein' if being in shape from winter skiing was good enough to run annual marathons

since 1977 and triathlons of all distances to IM since 1978 without that much, if any, training.  It was.

Yeah, I've been using Firefox.  It does't let you cut and past, for some reason.
