wooooooooohooooooooooooooo nice job Deb,Tom and Stevie Ray ........ you guys ROCK!! very low mileage this week for me as i worked a weird schedule and was trying not to tax my feet too much with both work and running as i have a slight flare up of my PF............ but managed a nice 4.2 miles on the treadmill in 40:35 then out for a nice dinner with my hubby!!. Happy Easter and Peaceful Passover to all who celebrate!!
