munchkn..... hopefully I can help you out..... RunningAhead is a little different than some of the other sites. You do need to use a site like Flickr, PictureTrail, or Photobucket. I'm not sure how Flickr works but with PictureTrail, they give you an address for each picture to post in forums..... it starts with [img] and ends with [/img].... with RA, if you click the icon in formating, it uses the <> and , so you insert the web address for the picture without the [img] and [/img] I hope this helps.... if not I'm sure someone else will explain it better.
