July Masters Miles (Read 357 times)

Carolyn

The summer is flying by!  Time to tally up your July miles, and post any PRs too.  Awards for most miles, fewest miles, average, median, and other random meaningless statistics.

This picture is from the White RIver 50 mile Endurance run website.

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

      Thanks, Carolyn.

      133.3

Too bad I didn't run my 12 today instead of tomorrow.  I don't think I've been over 150 for a month in awhile now.  Oh well, it'll just pump August's that intsy bit more.

Thanks Carolyn! This is my first time posting monthly totals here at RA, since I just started participating in the forum last week. What a nice bunch of folks here! Thanks all for making me feel at home.

July = 81.7 miles (64.35 of which were run in the last two weeks)

          92 miles for July

          616 ytd

sweat = 100 pounds, at least

What a great picture Carolyn; you look exhilerated as you trod out 50 miles. Geeze...

          I look my best blurry!

206.3 for me!  Logged my most miles in a week this month!  60!  Unfortunately, my shins are weeping.  I think I might start August with 3 days of only cross training or very easy jogging, to try to give them a break.  Looking forward to running camp Thurs!

thanks wilder for photo of Mt. Rainier in the background at about mile 16 of the White River 50-mile endurance Run.  Somehow it reminds me of something back when I could run farther in one day than it now takes a whole month to do.
