Too bad I didn't run my 12 today instead of tomorrow. I don't think I've been over 150 for a month in awhile now. Oh well, it'll just pump August's that intsy bit more.

thanks wilder for photo of Mt. Rainier in the background at about mile 16 of the White River 50-mile endurance Run. Somehow it reminds me of something back when I could run farther in one day than it now takes a whole month to do.
