No running this morning, but I will do a slow 3 mile recovery run (readying this twocat?).
We had a fun long weekend with our friends. We had three days of great skiing in sunny weather a most magnificent snow. We covered over 50 km in three days. .
Oh, I did run 8 miles yesterday afternoon after we returned from skiing ().
