you seem to do it more than most rick but every once in a while someone comes up with a good reason to train after all! Fortunately, my soles don't know the difference between Boston and Seattle but my other soul would so have fun for the rest of us too. ps - if you see aamos, please check on something about a 13:30 pace bein' okay for Boston.
