Rocket City Marathon, December 8.
Will need a free pass this week. Yesterday I walked at lunch & today I'll hit the pool after work. If the deep water area is available, I'll do pool running.

Mon-Fri run were on treadmill,
measuring pace/distance with Stryd footpod.
Treadmill consistently shows ~30 second/mile
faster pace, but I'm going with the footpod,
since it is supposed to be very accurate.
