      Back in this week. Didnt come close last week due to a sinus infection. Feeling better now.

       

      M - 9.9 miles, felt good to get a run in.

      W - 9.9 m. and the head cold is getting better Smile

      F - 7 m. and WOW! Go Mike Go!

      S - 13.1 in Piqua Ohio; 11 in Delaware Ohio. (i walked last 2.1 miles)

            I was able to maintain a streak of NOT running for 3 straight days this week. I'm quite proud of that.

              At this rate of improvement, Mike will run the world's first sub 2 hour marathon in about another 80 days of consecutive marathons.

              Hmmm, maybe my times would improve if I started running these things back-to-back!

                Th - 10 miles (+ a lot of walking)

                F - 10.2 miles (+ some walking)

                Sa - 18.7 miles

                Su - 0 miles

                  At the start they said it's the biggest half in the US, with 27,000 runners
