Marathon Maniac #957
For those of you who are new, this is the 40/40 thread, for people who are over 40 years old who run 40 miles/week or more. We give Free Passes to those who come really close or try really hard...
Here’s what I have for last week’s tally. Let me know if I missed you.
Nice No Plan week!
“Very warm” not something we hear around this area this time of year….

I know you’re out there running
Family comes first
Here’s my tentative plan for the week.
Easy pace, plus weights and core

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
I'm in once again and shall finish the month with my usual running plan......................... the plan of anarchy (or whatever I can get to run)
Thanks Holly for keeping us on the road in 2012 and over the masters milepost.
MTA: 55.7 Meh. Just couldn't find a few extra minutes of time.

Thanks Holly! Here's my plan for the week. I'll be spending some time with my kids and grandkids--including my two new ones--down in Florida for a few days, so we'll see how this goes...
1:18:00 + 35:00 of light weights
1:19:12 Ran with Mikey in Florida...vercolonel
1:26:55 Considering the way I'm feeling, this was a good run
Hopefully, this is close enough, again
Do we get a free pass if we get the forcasted blizzard today in Ohio?
Got 37 miles in. The huge snow we got set me back a few miles.

Cutback week and busy holiday schedule means no strict plan this week. I just want to get 40+ in somehow.
Planned on some intervals but totally
screwed up the Garmin set up,
couldn't figure it out on the fly, and punted
I guess I'll be close enough this week to play:
2.5 @ tempo pace on TM
Run for the Ranch Marathon, MO
