30 squats last night.
this week I'm just increasing the # of squats I'm doing each day and next week I'll try adding some weights (have some 7.5 lb handweights), or one of the other variations to make it more challenging.

Yesterday I did 20 squats, no weights.
Today I did 60 squats with two 15-lb dumbbells.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

5x20 dumbbell squats. Plus some gym workout
LR tomorrow, so I did 60 squats with no weights.
squats, push and pull all together moving rocks up the hill to my rock garden ( I have two yards of rock delivered to me the other day, so the next few days will find me doing this type of XT)

Last night I did 30 squats and to make it more challenging, As I stood up from my squat position, I would extend one leg out to the side - I alternated legs each time I was standing up. Could definitely feel that by the last 10-15 squats!
