        Monday - rest day Tuesday - weird stomach ache when I got home; rested a while then did some weights and pilates Wednesday - ran 3.1, walked 0.6 - feeling mildly sproinky Smile Thursday - stretch and strength Friday - drove straight from work to a rehearsal at the shore then an obligatory post-rehearsal, ah, "meeting" over beer and wings Roll eyes Saturday - probably my last weekend to kayak until spring, so no running - 1 hour paddling Sunday - kayaked for 1-1/2 hours Goal for the week: at least 15 miles running. OK, Goal for NEXT week (when the bay is closed, to me, anyway): run at least 15 miles. Eliz Smile

Verstegsen's prehab + Pilates, 1 M walk, 1.15 M hill run Tuesday: 4.5 M run, weight machines, stab. ball actual: 4.62 miles 9:53 pace, 2 sets weight machines, stab. ball, the usual mix Wednesday: massage Smile. evening xtraining, undefined actual: just a little core work & callanetics. very little. Thursday: 4.5 M run, weight machines, stab. ball actual: 4.16 M run, 9:33 pace, weight machines 2 sets, + the usual. Friday: 3.75 M, run, weight machines, etc. actual: 4.1 M run, 9:50 pace, 1 set weight machine, + the usual. Saturday: rest day. 1 M walk 1 M run w/Sadie Sunday: 7 or 8 M run. actual: 10.10 Mile run, 9:35 average pace. pr distance for me. also about a mile walk. that's typical. thanks Gordon! sorry, I just noticed everybody totals. 25.13 miles, 6 miles walking, weight machines & other things.

Dead Tues - 5.07-mile progression run, 10:09 ap Wed - 1 hr. strength/core Thurs - Self-Imposed Rest Day Fri - Speed Work/Intervals: 4 6-min intervals w/3 min recovery in between. Total: 3.93 m, 9:10 ap Sat - 3:16:40 hr trail run (approx. 14.5 miles) Sun - Rest Mileage - 28.5 mile Strength/Core - 1 hour

Sun... 10K race: 1:04:50 (officially), placing #50 out of 76 female runners Total: a measly 20.2K

                        Coming in behind Dutchie.... I wasn't going to post mileage this week with all the traveling I did and recovery from my marathon, but it's turning out to be an ok week after all... So.... Monday thru Wednesday: Planes, conferences and miscellaneous walking around Thursday: 6.25 miles, 8 m/m avg pace, .3 mile walking c/d Friday: 5.25 miles, 8:17 avg pace Saturday: 9 miles, 8:18 avg pace, .3 mile walk Sunday: 12.5 miles, 8:16 avg pace .75 mile walk Totals: 33 miles running, 1.35 mile walk, too much time sitting.
