    Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

      OK< Disney recovery is complete and I feel better than I have since last Spring.  11 weeks till Knoxville Marathon. I just love those "Tennessee flat" hills. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to put together a good Spring training plan. Execute it. Go on to run well in Knoxville. Then give all I got to PR at Buffalo and or Grandma's.

       

      Let's do this!

       

      M - TM Rolling Hills Program. 7 Miles.

      T - 3 5K's, 1 w/u mile - 10.3 miles.

      T - 10 miles at faster then my current Marathon-Pace.

      F - EZ day scheduled. Ran 6.1 on TM. Inclince from 2.0 to 6.0.

      S - EZb pace scheduled. Ran 8.5 miles.

      S - 15 miles, 8:34 avg pace. Smile Im happy.

       

      Total 56.9 miles.
