Really glad you got to run there, Carolyn. I played tourist there once with Econo as my guide and I thought how cool it would be to run those trails.
It was a great month for me! It started with a 15k PR where I placed in my AG. Then came a 8k/5 mi. PR, and the following weekend, another 15k where I placed 3rd in my AG, moving me up where I should be in the club race series. I was late getting in the series so these are my only 3 races and we do at least 10 per year.
175.6 miles. Thanks!

Look at stumpy!!! His miles are moving up!
I always look forward to seeing WillRunforBeer and Perchcreek here at the end of the month!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Beautiful picture ~
Nothing like tapering for and recovery from a race to lower those monthly totals.
