I fogot that yesterday was shoulders so I did 3x 15 lateral raises then I did 3 x 12 curls and 3x 15 triceps extensions.
Yesterday was 3 x 15 dumbbell presses (two 15-lb weights) and 3 x 15 triceps extensions (two 10-lb weights)
3x20 lateral raises
3x12 shoulder press plus a whole bunch of ab XT.

3x15 pulley shoulder push-downs, I'll call them...and, since I was lifting weights, anyway, I did 2x12 curls and 2x15 triceps extensions.
