Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Did the triceps and lateral raises. I sure need them. I also need a greater variety of weights.

Triceps, lat extensions, back raises, heel lifts (and drops).
2 x 20 back extensions 10 leg raises on the stairs.
Same here, but it was 30 calf raises on the stairs.
2 x 20 lateral raises and 20 triceps extensions on each side
did my exercises last night and tonight. Last night though I could only do calf raises on my left leg. I strained my right calf muscle running in the snow yesterday, so it was pretty cramped up.
