Thanks for the pass Holly, I'm gonna give this another go this week. And let me say this about last week. I've seen the posts of folks who have done 20 miles or more on the treadmill due to inclimate weather. Therefore my unsuccessful attempt at 40miles last week was not due to the weather, but my lack of desire to git er done. Hats off to all you folks out there that get it done no matter what! (insert smiley face tipping it's hat here) Mon....6miles.......6miles Tues...9miles......birthday party for niece...5 yo. Wed......6miles......9miles Thurs...rest..........rest Friday..6miles........6miles Sat.......rest............3miles Sun.......20miles....20miles Total...44 miles (this is a weekly PR for me)

Thanks Holly. Good luck with the race this weekend. This week I will be a little lower. I have a 10 mile race Saturday. I haven't raced since August so it will be good to get an idea of where my fitness level is.
