Happy 54th birthday Liz! Great run today, and a birthday wish that you'll be doing 10 mile runs for another 50 years! Hopefully you had cake and ice cream to celebrte!

What a great way you chose to spend your first day as a 54 yr. old. :-). Were you too tired after you 3 hr. walk to do anything else?

oh boy we get to be the same age for a while! I ran my first 5K on mine. must be something about this number.

So happy for how this year has turned out for you, I hope the next is even better.

Foks., this really means a lot to me. Thanks and what a nice surprise. I am in NC now, and am enjoying my birthday weekend to the max!

It is so wonderful to be a part of such a warm and caring community...

DG, I was so tired on Friday that I barely had the energy to prepare for my weekend away...running 10 miles and walking for hours afterwards in the "hot" sun is not a way to preserve your energy!
