Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

I'm in. Ran 49 last week so probably about the same this week.
MTA: Yeah right! Swing and a miss. 34.8. Big soccer tournament this weekend 6 games played by kids (either watching or coaching) and I officiated 6 games. I barely got any run time. Now if I counted the running when I officiated, I may have managed 40. 1 mile per game is about right. Lots of sprint though.

I should be able to get in 40 this week. Last week, I had 34. My plan is to rest one day (yesterday), run 6 miles on 5 days, and 10 miles on Saturday (including 5K and 10K races).
40 miles done. 1AG in both races, which totalled 1200 runners.
