          This week - 60.1 miles.

           

          200.1 miles in Dec, and 2531 miles in 2016.

          10 Marathons, 20 Half Marathons, Added 6 new states (FL, IA, MN, AL, MD, IL).

          But to be honest, I focused too much on quantity (miles & states) and my 26.2 times suffered.

            2016 miles: 3,303

             

            My goal for 2016 was 3,300 and it was extremely close.

            I ended up running 37 miles in the last three days to get it.

              I still didn't make it this week. I should be back to 40 next week. Reporting this weeks runs anyways.

               

              M - 2 miles (calf cramp so cut run short)
