Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks Holly!!!

This year I'm running a lot less than I used to.
So I'm reading my old logs and adding up historical miles,
as a consolation. Turns out, this week I went through
30,000 miles since Jan 1, 2009. Which is a totally random date.
And a random number. I'm running since 1994, so it's going to
take some time to add all that up.
37 miles for the week. I was hampered by my cold and a brief stomach thing, but I persevered!
