No motivation this week
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks, Holly! Here's this week's plan:

Thanks Holly! I'm not sure how the week will go. I have to have a little skin cancer dug out of my head on Thursday. I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait before I can run after that.

Hi Holly.
Here's my plan for the week.

Yay! I can officially post here again! I'm shooting to average 50 mpw until April, but I think I'll fluctuate between 40-60. I'm kind of sore after this first week.

Wed 8mi (0:59) treadmill, last 4 miles in 27min
Thu 8.4mi (1:37) 23F and snowstorm, 10 inches of snow
Fri 7mi (0:58) treadmill
Sat 7mi (1:29) 13F, snow covered trails
Sun 11mi (1:28) treadmill
Total: 63.5 miles
Not a great week for running: cold (single digits today), snow everywhere.
Plus my right hip is hurting again, which is not a good sign. In the end,
the treadmill won this week 4:3, only 3 outdoor runs. Running in deep
snow feels more like a stunt, and yeah, did I mention it was cold? Because
it was very cold with strong winds too.
