Muskingum Cross-Country/T&F Pre-Season Schedule!!!! 8/21 1:00-4:00pm – Pick up keys from Coach Cooper in his office. Easiest way to get to my office is up the stairs on the outside of the building by the football field (Look for the green Porta Potty). 4:00pm – Team meeting in “the Pit” (by my office) 5:00-6:00pm – Dinner in Thomas Hall 6:00pm – Physicals. Women first, men to follow * After your team has finished, easy run 8/22 7:30-9:00am – Breakfast (football eats @ 7:30) 7:30 – 2 mile warm-up. Time trial (on the track). 2 mile cool-down 11:30-1:00 – Lunch in Thomas Hall (football eats at 11:30) 3:45pm – Weight room as a team. 5:00-6:30pm – Dinner in Thomas Hall (football eats at 5:30) 8/23 7:30-9:00am – Breakfast (football eats @ 7:30) ????? – Pool Workout 11:30-1:00 – Lunch in Thomas Hall (football eats at 11:30) 3:45pm – Run. 5:00-6:30pm – Dinner in Thomas Hall (football eats at 5:30) 8/24 7:30-9:00am – Breakfast (football eats @ 7:30) 10:00am – Off-Campus Trail run followed by BBQ and any other ideas for “team building” 3:45pm – Weight room as a team. 5:00-6:30pm – Dinner in Thomas Hall (football eats at 5:30) 8/25 7:30-9:00am – Breakfast (football eats @ 7:30) 9:00 – LSE run Opening Weekend Activities for first years 8/26 On your own or as a team.
