        Sadly, it's in a strip mall, but Tokyo in Hellevue is pretty good.

                        I'm seriously dissapointed in the lack of interesting topics today... both here and in the big swamp. How am I supposed to stay entertained while Smoopies at work if all we can talk about is sushi?

                          Today: 3 mile tempo run for Lizzy on a paved course at the battlefield. Coach Thunder: "Okay, I want you to go out at 7:30 pace, then follow that up with 7:30, and then finally you can drop the hammer and run the last mile as fast as you want." Runlizzy: "7:30 pace? You think I can run 7:30 pace?! Coach Thunder: "Yes" Splits: 7:28 7:04 6:57 21:30 total for 3 mile Tempo. Um...yeah, so like I thought....7:30 pace wouldn't be that tough. This girl hasn't done a mile under 8:45 in the last 3 months. Damn i'm a good coach. Big grin She's an okay runner too I guess. Roll eyes

                            Nice tempo, Lizzie! That Thunder guy knows what he's doing. I think he's still pissed at me for running 1600's instead of 1200's last week, so careful about getting too far off the splits...
