As always, I must have missed something along (like, why you would have to sell your house) the way but glad to hear you don't have to sell your house! I used love to move to new places, but now I've found it's just too much work and ends up costing way too much money. Staying put is best. Smile

No, no roommate. The only reason I was going to have to sell was so that we could split the money, his half going to pay off his car. I asked him if I could find a way to pay off his car could I keep the house. He said yes...and I found a way to pay off his car immediately. That, I do not wish to share. Online.
