Save for a rainy day is not a bad idea...it has rained the past two years on our Awards party.
Some other ideas:
1) supplement the cost of tri suits for those that order one. We had a good number that participated in several triathlons this year. And a few more probably will next year. If we had tri suits, we would definitely make a statement.
2) supplement the cost running shirts for those that order one. Same for local runs. If we had a great shirt, I think the racing Y Race Team members would wear them for races.
3) get some prizes for the party.

If we get enough interest in Tri-suits we can get custom kits done at Hincapie. They will also do matching cycling kits and running shirts as well. We would have to come up with the design. We could also include sponsor logos. We would need a head count to see if there is enough interest. I can commit to 2 tri and 2 cycling kits
