    Another smoothie tip I read about in a magazine:  you can substitute non-fat buttermilk for low-fat yogurt in smoothies.  same pro-biotic benefits as yogurt but buttermilk is cheaper.

     

    Also, I am a Greek yogurt fanatic and I usually mix in fruit with cinnamon,  honey, or maple syrup but I came across this and will try it as a dip with vegetables:  mix the Greek yogurt with crushed garlic and sea salt.  savory instead of sweet.
