I think Tracy sings in the choir at RSBC.  I found this video of the choir director there performing "Amazing Grace".

That's a hoot!  How do you run across that stuff?

It was "open mic night" that particular Sunday night.

check out the song after his:

It's one of my favs that we sing.  I can relate just about anything to running.  This particular song reminds me to "lift my head" when I run.  I tend to look at the ground if I don't make a conscious effort not to do so.

If you find me in the video and count the number of times I make an appearance, I will give you $100.

There is also another YRT member.  Extra credit if you get that one, too.

Other observations is that it looks like we have had wwwaayyyy too many Baptist pot lucks and not spent enough time down at that walking track. whoa.

Oh and Erik, it's Traci with an " i ".

Hmm.  No, I'm pretty sure I'm spelling your name correctly.

I think I saw you Traci.  Tiffany would be the other YRT member.  And I saw my son's girlfriend (I think,...it was only from the neck down) and her family.  Her name is Lauren Prince and she is singing the Alma Mater SOLO at Wren's Graduation at Littlejohn on Thursday.

That was awesome!  Thanks for sharing!!

Woohoo, Cindy!  You win the prize.  I'm sure that was Lauren.  Wren is my alma mater and I can still sing the song...success can be sure, life's battle won...Dear Alma Mater...live on, live on!!!

Did you or your kids do the Flud Run?  I heard it was much improved from last year.

I helped on the course with my daughter and my two boys ran it.  I wish I could of run it though.  I heard nothing but positive comments from everyone who raced it.  They had about 100 teams!  Maybe next year...

Since I just finished choir practice, I would like to invite anyone who doesn't have anything to do Sunday, June 30 at 10:00 am to our Patriotic Service.  The choir is doing a special presentation that is a wonderful tribute to God and Country.  It will definitely get you in the spirit of 1776 and may make you run the Firecracker Frolic faster.
