    * Four of eight teams were 100% in the green. Both Kicking Asphalt and QuaranTeam were both 100% in the green.

    * Two runners were over 200% to individual weekly goal. Five runners were between 150% and 200% to individual weekly goal.

    * Three team runners posted zero mileage weeks. Two runners requested IR through their team captains.

      Capped the 100 mile week with a 6:35 PR in half marathon. 1:18:13. Getting Fit for Grandma's Marathon in a month .

      Marathon Sub 2:37 (CIM) 2:41:18

      10k Sub 35:00 (Victory 10k 34:19)

      5k Sub 16:00 (Hot Dash 5k in March (16:48), Brian Kraft in May (16:20), Twilight 5000 in July and August (16:20/16:25 Both heat index 102-103F)

      Sub 1:16 Half Marathon  City of Lakes Half Marathon 1:15:47)

      Sub 56:30 in 10 mile (Twin Cities 10 mile, Canceled due to weather, 56:35 as a workout)

        3 months til Masters

          Yes. Races are opening up, definitely post Biden announcements. Still in the 100-250 people range, but races I am running were always small. First mass race will be grandma's marathon and then torchlight 5k ( mid july down town Minneapolis) which will be thousands of people

            I'm seeing in-person events resuming in my area also. so far it's mostly trail races but a few road races also.
            I will have an in-person race that I'm running this coming saturday as well as the following saturday down in california. I'm actually kinda nervous/excited/anxious about live races again! I feel like a newbie!
